Cuccia Wilson Celebrates Five Years in Johnson County

Five years after expanding into Cleburne,
Cuccia Wilson reflects on the people, relationships, and growth that have shaped its presence in Johnson County.

Cuccia Wilson, PLLC is celebrating five years since it expanded into Johnson County by acquiring its Cleburne office on October 15, 2021.

The expansion marked an important chapter in the firm’s growth, extending Cuccia Wilson’s reach beyond Dallas and creating an opportunity to serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout Cleburne, Johnson County, and the surrounding North Texas communities.

Along with the Cleburne office came four team members who have remained an important part of Cuccia Wilson’s presence in the community: Senior Associate Daren R. Van Slyke, Paralegal Heather Haynes, and Legal Assistants Bethany Stepherson and Vivian King. Their familiarity with the community, combined with their legal and client-service experience, helped provide continuity as the Cleburne office became part of Cuccia Wilson.

Over the past five years, the Cleburne team has continued to support clients across a broad range of legal matters. The office is also home to co-founder and Managing Partner Michael S. Wilson, whose practice includes family law and civil litigation. Today, the firm provides counsel throughout North Texas in areas including business law, family law, civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, and bankruptcy.

For Cuccia Wilson, the Cleburne expansion was about more than adding another office. It strengthened the firm’s ability to provide accessible legal counsel to clients across Johnson County while building on relationships and experience already rooted in the community.

As the firm marks this five-year milestone, Cuccia Wilson is grateful to the attorneys and staff who have helped shape its Cleburne office, as well as the clients, colleagues, and community members who have placed their trust in the firm over the years.

“Celebrating five years in Johnson County gives us an opportunity to recognize both how far the firm has grown and the people who have been part of our Cleburne office from the beginning,” said Michael Wilson. “We’re grateful for the relationships we’ve built here and look forward to continuing to serve the community for years to come.”

Cuccia Wilson now serves clients from offices in Dallas, Cleburne, and Fort Worth, continuing its commitment to providing practical legal guidance for businesses, families, and individuals throughout North Texas.
