Cuccia Wilson expands its client services across North Texas with the addition of Associate Attorney Omer M. Siddiqui and paralegals Sherry Cooper (Family Law, Cleburne) and Tori Castleberry (Civil Litigation, Dallas).

Omer M. Siddiqui, Associate Attorney (Dallas). A graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law with a B.B.A. in Finance (UT Arlington, cum laude), Omer supports litigation and business advisory matters with practical, client-focused guidance. He is active in community service—mentoring youth in DeSoto, serving on the DeSoto Police Advisory Commission, volunteering as a legal translator at pro bono clinics, and assisting Habitat for Humanity with home-titling and deed transfers. Omer is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.

Sherry Cooper, Paralegal (Cleburne) — Family Law. Sherry Cooper joined Cuccia Wilson in June 2025 and brings 9+ years of experience as a family law paralegal, supporting attorneys and working closely with clients through each stage of their case. A member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas since 2021, Sherry is known for her calm, steady presence and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that help clients feel supported and informed during emotionally challenging times. Outside the office, she loves to cook and “channels her inner Pioneer Woman.”

Tori Castleberry, Paralegal (Dallas) — Civil Litigation. With 25+ years of paralegal experience, Tori Castleberry supports civil litigation and related matters with steady organization, resourcefulness, and client-first communication. Over her career, Tori has assisted attorneys in family law, personal injury, appellate work, and more. She enjoys time with family and friends and loves sharing her passion for cooking.
