Meet Richard Cuccia

Richard Cuccia - Partner

Founder of Cuccia Legal, PLLC in December 2009. And co-founder of Cuccia Wilson, PLLC in March 2015. Richard is a strategist at heart with transactional and litigation experience.

Richard has practiced law in Texas since 1999, and served as counsel to public (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, and OTC) and private businesses, along with serial entrepreneurs. He possesses skills necessary to communicate effectively with clients and usher them through complex and challenging deals and disputes.
