Known for her resourcefulness and attention to detail, Tori is committed to guiding cases smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves sharing her passion for volunteering.

Heather Haynes has been employed by The Cuccia Wilson Law Firm as a paralegal since 2008. She obtained her Certificate of Paralegal Studies in 2001.

Mrs. Haynes has also been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law since 2012. She is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and National Association of Legal Assistants.

Sherry Cooper

Sherry Cooper joined the Cuccia Wilson Law Firm in June of 2025. Mrs. Cooper is a family law paralegal with over 9 years of experience supporting attorneys and working closely with clients throughout each stage of their case. She has been a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas since 2021. Known for her calm, steady presence and attention to detail, Sherry is committed to helping clients feel supported and informed during what are often emotionally challenging times. In her spare time, she channels her inner Pioneer Woman as she loves to cook!

Bethany Stepherson has been employed by The Cuccia Wilson Law Firm as a legal assistant since 2018. She has over 10 years of experience working for law firms in various capacities.

Mrs. Stepherson currently coordinates occupational driver’s license applications, motions for early release from probation, and small claims litigation.

Her reliability and warmth make her an invaluable member of the Cuccia Wilson team. Outside of the office, Vivian enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, tending to her garden, and doting on her French bulldog, Frostie.
