Marta Milan joins Cuccia Wilson with a background in general litigation and family law in Poland. She graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University - School of Law. She then earned a Master of Law in Comparative and International Law from SMU Dedman School of Law where her master’s thesis was dedicated to constitutional rights of pre-trial detainees in maximum security facilities.
Marta worked for 4 years in a renowned law firm in Poznan, Poland, specializing in civil litigation. Marta also passed both bar exams (in Poland and in Texas) on the first try. In 2020, she taught for one semester at Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland - it was a course called “Basic principles of American law system”.
Prior to joining Cuccia Wilson, Marta ran a successful general litigation and family practice in Poland. She worked with businesses and individuals on a broad range of matters. Marta's unique experience has allowed her to work effectively and efficiently to achieve the best results for the client.
